Day 1: 29 Commits, 2 Repos, Zero Blockers
Day 1 of the 30-day experiment. The question: what can one person + AI agents actually ship in a month?
Here's what happened today.
The numbers
- 29 commits across 2 repos
- ~5 sessions, ~1,800 messages
- 2 client reports, 1 client proposal, 1 full website, 1 blog engine, 1 report automation pipeline
Company website: zero to live
I've been putting off building a company website for a year. Today I sat down with Claude Code and just... did it. Next.js + Tailwind. Went through 4 completely different design directions before landing on something I actually liked.
Deployed to Railway, added analytics, set up SEO (sitemap, robots.txt, structured data, OG images), built a markdown blog engine, published the first post. All in one session.
Four complete design pivots. With a freelancer that's weeks of back-and-forth and a lot of "actually, can we try something else?" guilt. With Claude Code the agent just went "sure" and rebuilt the whole thing in minutes. Perfectionism couldn't stall progress because iteration was basically free.
Ad automation
- Monthly + weekly report generators with HTML output
- Workflow draft for automated report delivery
- Client proposals and performance reports
- Team workspaces for two new operators
- A prompt cookbook for the marketing team
What I learned
One Claude Code session hit 969 messages and started getting confused because I was jumping between projects. New rule: one session, one project, one goal.
No blockers today. Shipped everything on the list.
