Day 11: The AI Harness Found RM 6,899 in Waste. That's Just Feature One.

Pulled ad campaign data for an e-commerce client today. First real test of the AI AI agent on live data.

Two campaigns had been spending for 10-12 days. Zero orders. Combined waste: RM 6,899.

One spent RM 4,779 over 12 days at about RM 400/day. The algorithm had plenty of budget and time. It just couldn't find buyers. The other spent RM 2,120 over 10 days, paused during a holiday period, came back, still nothing.

What the CEO saw

Before this, the data existed. It was all in the ad platform. But nobody was looking at it at this level. Too many products, too many campaigns, too many numbers to check manually every day.
